Privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy explains how Tributary Power & Compute (“we” or “us”) handles information collected through tributarypower.com. We collect very little, and we use it only to run and improve this website and to respond to people who contact us.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it) and your message. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How it is processed and stored
Form submissions are delivered to our business email account, which is hosted by our website and email provider, Hostinger. Messages are kept in that account for as long as they are useful for our correspondence and business records, and are then deleted. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website, email and analytics, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of the site.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site, and general information about the device, browser and approximate location (such as city or country). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We use these statistics only to improve the website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not combine it with information you send us through the contact form.
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
Cookies
Besides the Google Analytics cookies described above, we set one strictly necessary session cookie when you open the contact page. It protects the form against forged submissions, contains no personal information, and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Server logs and spam protection
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service secure and working. To prevent abuse of the contact form, we also keep a short-lived record containing a one-way hash of the IP address used to submit it, never the address itself. These records are deleted automatically after about a day.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@tributarypower.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
